Can I return my order?

You can return non-personalized items within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns are at your own expense.

We can provide you with a return label, this cost will be deducted from the refund for the item.

Personalised items are goods manufactured according to the consumer's specifications, which means that the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does NOT apply.
