We aim to process and ship your order within 3 business days. PLEASE NOTE: Personalized items have a separate, individual, and longer delivery time (depending on the item you choose).

What is the delivery time?

• Your order will be shipped within the stated delivery time for that item.
• Our shipping service will contact you by email prior to shipment.

When can I expect my order?

The courier service (Bpost) will deliver your package to your home within 5 to 7 business days. However, this delivery time may vary depending on the item, and this will always be stated on the product page.

What are the shipping costs for my order?

You pay no shipping costs unless the delivery address is outside Belgium or if the order is less than €75 (including VAT). In this case, the shipping fee for shipping within Belgium is €7.50 (including VAT). For shipping to the Netherlands/France, the shipping fee is €22.00 (including VAT), regardless of the order amount.

Can deliveries be made to both homes and businesses?

Yes, this is possible. During the ordering process, you can provide us with a different delivery address when entering your personal information. If you choose a different delivery address, an invoice will be sent to that address. The price will be listed on this invoice. The invoice will also be sent to the email address you provided.

Can I pick up my order myself?

You can also pick up your order if you prefer. Select "Pick up at Anna et Maman" at checkout.

Can the goods be delivered abroad?

You can order from abroad. A minimum shipping fee will apply. Contact our customer service for the correct shipping costs.
